Policy DM28 Parking Standards – We have provided comments in response to the Parking Standards SPD which is also currently issued for consultation. The Phase 2 scheme at Locking Parklands has considered the standards that followed the July 2010 Halcrow report. The standards result in a lower density of development which will have implications for delivering the density of development proposed within the strategic sites. |
