North Somerset Council’s Strategic Flood Risk Assessment : level 2 report section 2.2 "Surface Water Drainage" (page 14, end of 3rd para) states that "NSC should seek to develop a flood risk management policy for infill development within areas prone to surface water flooding." This not reflected anywhere in the Sites and Policies document.
