B.8 Cycle Routes: BRA supports the proposal for a cycle route serving Nailsea/Backwell/Flax Bourton, Long Ashton parallel to the railway and Long Aston, avoiding the A370, as provided in Schedule 6, pp 18. We note that Nailsea is not named in this route and we see this as an essential part. Further, BRA advocates the extension of this route towards Chelvey, to serve the hamlet and the West End of Nailsea.
