I write to register our support, on behalf of Loc8 Developments (Portishead2) Ltd, for the proposed extension to Portishead town centre. Our reasons for supporting the proposed extension are outlined below:

Policy PH1 Portishead Town Centre
Ignis Real Estate supports the policy intentions of draft Policy PH1 (Portishead Town Centre) and in
particular the proposed extension of the town centre so that it now includes the Old Mill Road site.
Overall, our client is supportive of the Council's proposed allocation which it is considered will bring
significant benefit and opportunity to Portishead. I trust you find the enclosed in order and would
be grateful if you could keep me advised of progress

Current permissions for Portishead noted.

Portishead, a growing town, appears to come low in your plans for the future of North Somerset considering the huge revenue generated by the increase in population.
Its not only WsM Clevedon who need jobs you know so do we. I for one would hate to see our family leave us for want of jobs.
We also need more doctors here, the High Street pavements are a death trap and we definitely don't need more housing until there are more car parking facilities.
