Whilst I absolutely agree with the proposed policy on areas of restricted subdivision, I feel that an additional area should be included, comprising Upper Church Road between it's junctions with Knightstone Road and it's junction with Lower Church Road, and the roads off of it, and the area above it known as the Shrubbery. I have shown the area on the attached map. There have been an excessive number of subdivisions in the past in this area, which has led to a very high population density, and

Policy WSM22-Area restricted of subdivision These appear to be areas located near the sea front. If this approach is applied to high flood risk areas (flood zones 2 & 3) it would be welcomed. This should avoid an increase in families and possibly ground floor flats within flood plains.
