Densities need to rise, not only to accommodate the amount of 1 bed properties required but also to save land for the future and for ecology, the current poor standards of development should no longer be tolerated before it is too late

Policy DM36 Residential Densities - We welcome the recognition that an appropriate site density will be determined by balancing a number of site characteristics. Strategic sites such as Locking Parklands will deliver a range of densities given the different character areas determined by environmental constraints or nodes of activity.
