The strategic gap by Elm tree road should join up with the strategic gap that goes around Hutton to maintain the seperate identity of the seperate settlements.

Further to the 1st March workshop, I just wanted to confirm that the Parish Council wishes to include Banwell Recreation Ground, Westfield Road and Riverside Green in the plan as local green spaces so as to afford them a greater level of protection in the future. At the moment there are no such spaces indicated in the parish.
