| Comment | Scenario 3 seems to create more pressure on the road system and would have an adverse impact on the sustainability of the town centre. Scenario 1 seems to be the best option as it makes better use of ecological areas and the barrier created by the railway line in its application of the strategic gap. |
| Summary | Scenario 1 delivers the Vision for Nailsea more than options 2 or 3. 3 being the worst in terms of sustainability and poor use of a natural strategic gap. |
