No objection at this high level stage, but point out that it is imperative that location of future development does not compromise or delay National Grids ability to deliver the Hinkley Point C connection

All are fundamentally flawed because they adversly impact the NS and Mendip Bat SAC and intriduce a new road crossing through the SSSI/Causeway to Tickenham.

Local Plan Review shows/supports the proposal on the SW side of the town as this area falls outside the Green Belt. We do not support development on the Green Belt as identified in both National and Local policy. No very special circumstances are presented that would enable the release of Green Belt here and therefore the broad direction of development should be to the SW of Nailsea, as proposed - area is not Green Belt but adjoins settlement boundary. SHLAA 2018 discounts sites in Green Belt.
