The Plan is premature pending the outcome of the JSP. Alternative sites should have been chosen. In conflict with the Core Strategy settlement hierarchy. Backwell will cease to be sustainable of the proposed development takes place. No evidence that the necessary transport and other infrastructure can be delivered. Proposed road would destroy the cherished strategic gap.
