POLICY DM33 SETTLEMENT BOUNDARIES No major strategic changes are proposed at Clevedon as it is constrained by Green Belt to the north and floodplain to the south. The Green Belt and settlement boundaries remain unchanged. No new housing sites have been allocated. Land outside of the town boundary is regarded for planning policy purposes as countryside.
