Policy 18 WSM18-Gas works site A FRA is required as this site is located within Flood Zone 3 (tidal undefended), but it is tidally defended up to 2086. Surface water drainage is also a consideration for this site.

Policy WSM21-Junction 21 Enterprise Area NSC is creating a Local Development Order for this area in order to expedite the planning process. We support this approach as we are, in principle, supportive of the super pond and the Banwell flood alleviation schemes. These schemes are subject to various detailed issues and ongoing dialogue with NSC. We would request to be involved in the LDO process, to ensure adequate conditions/requirements are included to protect our flood risk interests.
