Policy DM51 (Mixed Use Sites) The allocation of Land at Herluin Way (Avoncrest Site) for mixed use development under Policy DM51 is supported. The regeneration of the site for mixed-use purposes would improve the visual appearance of the area and the overall approach to Weston-Super-Mare.
