St Modwen seeks clarification that the proposed minimum densities wouldn’t be applied to the existing Weston Villages sites such as Locking Parklands and former Moss lands as increased densities are challenging to deliver here. This is due to market demand being primarily for family dwellings and site specific constraints including significant tree coverage and policy requirements including car parking standards which have a significant bearing on site density.

Seek clarification that proposed minimum densities wouldn't be applied to existing Weston Villages.
