8. Boundaries: Pages 24-27

8.1. Settlement boundaries should be retained. Currently planning applications are being granted that are adjacent to settlement boundaries. When does ‘adjacent’ become ‘sprawl’ as the next application which is near to the one that is adjacent to the village boundary becomes adjacent to the new boundary created by the new development!
