Promotion of land at Court House Farm, Easton-in-Gordano. The site (as identified at Appendix 1 - see attached document) is located on the western edge of the settlement of Easton-in-Gordano. The M5 runs along the northern edge of the site and the site is located in close proximity to Junction 19 with the remainder of the northern boundary abutting Gordano services. The Site can accommodate approximately 200 dwellings and provide the identified affordable housing need.

Far more non-strategic growth should be delivered to ensure flexibility going forward. Green Belt sites will be required like Barratt Homes (Bristol)'s ‘Land Off Colliters Way, Highridge Bristol’. on the southwest edge of Bristol.
