I take exception to the section of the Distribution of Residential Development 3.9

* .....'...the housing market in one location is not saturated with new housing allocations....'

What about Yatton?

* '...priority is given to previously developed land rather than greenfield ' ...

Except for Yatton!

* sites are environmentally suitable and will not have an adverse impact on such matters as LANDSCAPE, HERITAGE , etc and sites have SUITABLE HIGHWAY ACCESS and will NOT INDIVIDUALLY or CUMULATIVELY have an ADVERSE EFFECT on the STRATEGIC HIGHWAY NETWORK .

I  cannot understand why these sensible phrases have not been adhered to when approving sites in Yatton which will overwhelm the infrastructure , highways, schools , transport and medical facilities.
