Nailsea - Land South of the Uplands

Supplementary Comments to those of the 15th April

We trust that, before coming to any decision over the Uplands, NSUA will closely study its own files on the Uplands history and note in particular the copious references to the land being acquired solely for use as Public Open Space.

Also note the letter of the 14th July 1976 from the (then) Avon County Highways Engineer advising that the single access to the Uplands is of restricted width and was laid out with for the purpose of serving minimal development only.
