Support allocation of site in principle, would like boundary extended and criteria updated.

Having looked at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments:
Drainage Category 2 - The site could be drained by sustainable drainage, however there are constraints and these need to be considered in the design
Reason – 30% reduction in runoff required - Poorly draining
