Employment element - Having looked at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments:
Drainage Category 2 - The site could be drained by sustainable drainage, however there are constraints and these need to be considered in the design
Reason - Poorly draining - Opportunities for bespoke infiltration SuDS

Looking at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments:
Category 2 - The site could be drained by sustainable drainage, however there are constraints and these need to be considered in the design
Reason - Ground water issues and a pond on site - infiltration/soakaway test required and consider whether infiltration can be used as a SuDS technique alongside water storage (in ponds/chambers) and re-use
