People need to live, get to work, play and enjoy the landscape
Sufficient space is allowed for play i.e. the ability to play such games as football. This does not mean that areas which are of limited capacity are designated as play areas. We have a need for children to be able to exercise. This statement also includes garden space which is usually not sufficient in size to allow play.

Letter boxes are placed at the drive of houses and internal letterboxes are discouraged.
