I broadly support this strategy. With respect to Congresbury, the vacant site of the former Elliott's works presents a 'one-off' development opportunity within the settlement boundary for a mixed employment and residential site.

It is understood that no changes are to be made to the settlement boundaries for any part of Kewstoke.
If there are any intentions to change the boundaries then under no circumstances would Kewstoke Parish Council support such actions.
