Policy DM27 Bus Accessibility Criteria

– We note the target bus service frequency table for residential and non residential development. We would add that this frequency should be considered in the context of the wider package of sustainable travel measures that major sites such as Locking Parklands will bring forward. The policy requirement should also consider the phased nature of the strategic sites which may result in a lower frequency in earlier phases but increasing as services become viable as the population increases.
