| Comment | NSLIDB-Comments The Board have had no previous consultation regarding this site and is not aware of any pre-allowance for flood storage compensation or surface water run off management Strategy. Any consideration for development would need to be fully demonstrated within a comprehensive Flood Risk Assessment. NSLIDB – Site to comply with (Please refer to the Draft IDB standing advice and the IDB consultation response to the Remitted Policies within the NSC Core Strategy which we have submitted under general comments in this consultation) This site is not served by the Weston Villages Strategic Flood Solution in terms of flood storage compensation or surface water runoff This site will drain to the Environment Agency Great Uphill Rhyne or Wessex SW System |
