We support the allocation of land at Arnolds Way, Yatton, phase 1 of which benefits from planning permission and phase 2 a resolution to grant permission.
The policy should be amended to recognise that the school will be delivered as part of phase 2, not phase 1 (as currently stated). Schedule 1 needs to be amended to reflect this position.
The residual land within Phase 1 that was identified as the site for the primary school should be included within the allocation of housing.

The cumulative environmental and drainage impact of the two developments and Arnolds Way phase 1 has not been adequately assessed. The village infrastructure is not sustainable and there are no facilities at all in North end, which will disadvantage residents with mobility and access issues.
