| Comment | Principle 4 - We also note that a similar threshold of 10 or more dwellings is set as the trigger for maximizing the use of sustainable transport solutions. Here, too, it would not seem unreasonable to require developments of fewer than 10 dwellings to afford at least some consideration to sustainable transport solutions - some of which are relatively low cost. |
