| Comment | The HCA reserves the opportunity to make further comments at the appropriate time (likely to be following the second stage Enquiry by Design) regarding the approach to new schools on the Locking Parklands site (para 3.356). With regards to contributions to education, the HCA expects this to be considered on a case by case basis, especially where on-site education provision will be made in later phases of development. |
