| Comment | Having looked at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments: Drainage Category 2 - The site could be drained by sustainable drainage, however there are constraints and these need to be considered in the design Reason – Groundwater Vulnerability, Susceptible to groundwater flooding |
