| Comment | Walliscote Place The conversion and subsequent conservation of the former Magistrates Court is to be welcomed. However the Plan also proposes that “Landmark high rise buildings would be appropriate”. The Local Authority will should provide evidence to help understand the implications for the setting of adjacent heritage assets, the special character and charm of the town and a coherent townscape. Perhaps the word “would” might be substituted with “may”? |
