| Comment | NSLIDB Land at West End West of Engine Lane Land South of the Uplands Station Road Land at North West Nailsea These sites lie on the periphery of the existing developed zone some distance from existing maintained watercourses. It is likely that both new surface water sewers and local ditch improvements will be needed to convey surface water to existing maintained watercourses. Attenuation to the higher national standard would be required. |
