Firstly, I understand that there is a requirement of new homes needed in this area and would suggest a smaller number of homes in keeping with the existing environment for this plot.

Secondly, as Mary Shepstone left the fields to two charities and her wishes were to serve the community, another suggestion would be to build a small residential home(s) for elderly wishing to retire.

Lastly, please consider the existing residents and how this would effect not only the Trendlewood Road itself having parked cars all the way along if a large number of houses were to be built and the amount of noise this would also bring to the bungalows opposite
