Housing allocations should exceed minimum required, to address uncertainties surrounding Core Strategy re-examination, Joint Spatial Plan and housing supply calculations. Supports development of Says Lane site and proposes additional site with similar characteristics at Churchill Gate (50 dwellings) to complete linear development along Bristol Road. This should be included in Schedule 1.
