Former Weston Library and adjacent BT building - Having looked at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments: Drainage Category 1 - Easily drained and sustainable drainage could be implemented easily Reason – 30% reduction in runoff required

Weston Rugby Club - Looking at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments: Category 2 - Site could be drained by sustainable drainage, however there are constraints and these need to be considered in the design Reason - areas of 1 in 30 surface water risk - infiltration/soakaway test required and consider whether infiltration can be used as a SuDS technique alongside water storage (in ponds/chambers) and re-use
