We support the redevelopment of this as an ideal brownfield site for housing close to the town centre and amenities.

Having looked at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments: Drainage Category 1 - Easily drained and sustainable drainage could be implemented easily Reason – 30% reduction in runoff required

Structure is too tall at four storeys and too rectilinear with an unsympathetic colour palette.
