Clevedon Town Council request that the Millcross site is retained for a possible replacement hospital until the site’s future is decided by the NHS, and not presently allocated for future housing development.

Having looked at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments:
Drainage Category 1 - Easily drained and sustainable drainage could be implemented easily
Reason – 30% reduction in runoff required

Former Kwik Save site to remain available for future hospital building.
