Having looked at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments: Drainage Category 2 - The site could be drained by sustainable drainage, however there are constraints and these need to be considered in the design Reason – Uphill Great Rhyne adjacent to the site The subsurface is potentially suitable for infiltration SuDS although the design will be influenced by the ground conditions.

We would expect the sites at Former Bournville School site, Sellworthy Road meet one of the five exceptions above but in particular E4 - “The playing field or playing fields which would be lost as a result of the proposed development would be replaced by a playing field or playing fields of an equivalent or better quality and of equivalent or greater quantity, in a suitable location and subject to equivalent or better management arrangements, prior to the commencement of the developmen
