Having looked at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments:
Drainage Category 2 - The site could be drained by sustainable drainage, however there are constraints and these need to be considered in the design
Reason - areas of 1 in 30 surface water risk - infiltration/soakaway test required and consider whether infiltration can be used as a SuDS technique alongside water storage (in ponds/chambers) and re-use

Employment element - Having looked at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments:
Drainage Category 1 - Easily drained and sustainable drainage could be implemented easily
Reason - The subsurface is potentially suitable for infiltration SuDS although the design will be influenced by the ground conditions.
