Land at the end of Aisecome Way is within the settlement boundary, is used for commercial uses, and is well located to existing commercial and retail uses and offers the potential for redevelopment for wider B class uses. It is requested that the potential of the site is noted as part of ongoing considerations in connection with Plan preparation

This policy is not clear as to what it is trying to achieve. It has an employment led policy and the first paragraph of the ‘Background’ reinforces this but the policy refers to the loss of the site rather than the loss of jobs or job potential. It is unclear how removing certain Permitted Development rights would avoid future loss.
