This will destroy the boundary of Nailsea. The infant and Junior schools are already at capacity as is the health centre. The impact on wildlife and the residents of Engine Lane will be of huge detriment. The lack of allocated parking will spill onto Engine Lane and surrounding narrow roads. The danger it will pose to users of Engine Lane. There will be an increased risk of flooding, caused by the underlying disused mines and the danger of sinkholes. No consideration to existing residents.
