My concerns are inadequate road links to the south and west, the destruction of a local amenity, the protection of bats and the need to preserve land of historic interest and agricultural value.

Having looked at the site from an ordinary watercourse, surface water and ground water flooding point of view we have the following comments: Drainage Category 2 - The site could be drained by sustainable drainage, however there are constraints and these need to be considered in the design Reason – Surface water flow path infiltration/soakaway test required and consider whether infiltration can be used as a SuDS technique alongside water storage (in ponds/chambers) and re-use
