We trust that this policy applies to all forms of infrastructure, including green infrastructure. While natural green spaces are often less costly in terms of installation and aftercare than more formal spaces (for example, through reduced mowing costs) such areas do have long term maintenance requirements and it is important that these are factored in to the calculation of contributions.
