We see priorities as being: 1/ good and sustainable infrastructure ahead of any development, 2/ Link road to the airport to be by the shortest and least damaging means to bring best relief to the village, 3/ retention of as much green belt as is possible, 4/ size of any development to be within the limits of infrastructure, so as to avoid severe delays and chaos on A370 and A38 and to be sustainable and low carbon usage, and to be well designed and compatible with the landscape.
