I agree with the key diagram which sets out the policies within the core strategy document I believe it is well thought out and keeps with the character of North Somerset.

I am (or rather, you are) a little confused - your diagram of the area in the Core Strategy document shows the A38 passing through Churchill and then on to Banwell, passing north of Winscombe and continuing on to Hutton and Weston-super-Mare. This is not the route of the A38. The road through Banwell is far from being a major trunk route, it is a road block.
