HEALTHCARE SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED AS NECESSARY AND IMPROVED. Increasing numbers of those who travel to work outside Clevedon will make the journey by public transport, cycle or shared car journey. Access by public transport within Clevedon and between the other towns will be improved."

We welcome reference to the strengthening of the employment base of Clevedon, again, in order to meet the Vision, the planning policy context (and determination of proposals) will need to assist the deliverability of strategic employment opportunities for the town.

Generally supports the Vision for Clevedon which aims to support the strengthening of the town's employment base. The vision encourages the use of public transport, cycling or car sharing where people work outside of the town but does not provide evidence of how this aim will be delivered.
