The wetland area is not something to be acceptable as surrounding properties in Moor Croft Road would be very vulnerable to flooding in our climate. Insurance companies would not insure us so more responsibility would be on authorities. A main sewarage pipe could or would cause contamination and smells in hot global warming conditions.

Access to the village (Hutton) from leisure facilities not possible. The best and only way via the main approaches ie Winterstoke Road or helicopter museum (new road).

Jobs can be brought to Weston if they come after the recession brought about at present by the government. Why send jobs to Clevedon when transport to and from not available.

There will be more commuters which will only add to the bottleneck that junction 21 is at both the am and pm rush hours. Should not junction 21 be widened as well as having a bypass or relief road.

Is there any evidence that new industry/jobs will move or be created in Weston to ensure that the 12,000 dwellings will not be creating thousands more commuters.
